Food Concessions

Thank you for your interest in the 2008 San
Joaquin County Fair. In order to maintain a
balance of Commercial Exhibits, space is
offered based on product or service, display,
and the needs of the Fair, rather than date
of application.

If your application is accepted, a contract will be
prepared and mailed to you. You must meet
deadlines for other required information such as
evidence of insurance. If you miss the due dates,
your contract will be cancelled.

If your application is not accepted immediately, it
will be kept in our WAITING LIST file for 30 days.
We will contact you only if space becomes
available. This waiting list is for 2008 only. After
that time your deposit will be returned to you if
no contract is sent.

Checklist for completing your Commercial
Exhibitors' application

• Fill out the application form completely and clearly.
  (Please use type or print)
  
  
• Remember to include any and all phone numbers including an
  e-mail address, if available.
  
  
• Please attach a copy of your Seller's Permit, or, complete the
  Special Events Certification (Board of Equalization Form
  BOE-410-D), and return with your application.
  
  
• List ALL items to be shown or sold. If it isn't listed, it won't be on the contract. If it's not on the contract, you can't show or sell it.
  
  
• Include a recent photo of your display at another Fair or show.
  This is a MUST.
  
  
• If you will be handing out edible samples to promote your product
  you will be REQUIRED to complete a Food Vendor's Permit
  Application and meet the requirements of the San Joaquin County
  Health Department. The is a $25 Health Permit fee. Detailed
  information will be sent with the contract.
  
  
• Space Preference: Indicate in the appropriate box whether you want
  space Indoors (in building #3 - use space #) or Outdoors and the
  general location. This is an indication of preference only, not a
  guarantee of location. (Please select INDOORS or OUDOORS,
  not both).
  
  
• Sign the application
  
  
• Return to the San Joaquin County Fair - attention Commercial
  Exhibits. The mailing address is on the application.
  

A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED WITH YOUR APPLICATION
